03) "x509: certificate signed by unknown authority" error (RHEL/CentOS/Fedora)

The x509 error is apparently only present on RHEL/CentOS/Fedora systems, and needs only a slight change to the docker-compose.yml file.

Look here for a solution for now, until I write a proper tutorial for it.
